skintoskin® was developed by the University of Minho (Portugal) with funding from the Portuguese government via ON.2 – O Novo Norte - North Portugal Regional Operational Programme 2007/2013. This is a financial instrument which supports regional development. It forms part of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) 2007/2013 and the new cycle of the European Union structural funding for Portugal. The product has undergone extensive research and development including clinical trials with the involvement of the Hospital De Sao Marco Braga, University Minho and leading dermatologist Dr A. Sousa Basto.
